We cover all aspects of the compliance process and are market leaders in Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) strategies. Our consultants are highly qualified and have a thorough understanding of Financial Services Regulation. We produce ‘Skilled Person’ reports for the FSA and act as ‘Expert Witness’ in cases where compliance with Financial Services Regulations is at issue.
